Status of this information
The current threat level will fall into one of the following categories: Low, Moderate, Substantial, Severe and Critical.
Low means "an attack is unlikely", moderate "an attack is possible but not likely", substantial "an attack is a strong possibility", severe "an attack is likely" and critical "an attack is expected imminently".
These levels will replace the current levels of Negligible, Low, Moderate, Substantial, Severe general, Severe defined, and Critical
